Booking and Payment

• Booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability confirmation
• Payment is required at the time of session or upon programme commencement unless otherwise agreed
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST
• Session packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Cancellation Policy

• Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited
• No-shows will result in session forfeiture
• Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion

Health and Safety

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are in good health and physically capable of participating in fitness activities
• You will inform our coaches of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations
• You understand that physical exercise carries inherent risks
• You have consulted with a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in fitness activities offered by sfibbintro. This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury from exercise equipment, physical exertion, or following training instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sfibbintro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
